STUDIO RENTALS

Our studio rentals are comprised of three different spaces:
Front Studio, Annex Studio and Multipurpose Room.

FRONT STUDIO

Hourly Rental:

  • Front studio is approximately 1,100 sq ft
  • The cost to rental is $30 an hour / for private dance classes, rehearsals, meetings or workshops.

Front Studio Amenities:

  • Studio has two dressing / restrooms
  • Full length mirrors
  • Creative lightening with control light panel.
  • Studio has surrounded sound systems that include CD and IPOD capability.
  • Studio wooden floor is a professional floating floor.
  • Central Air Conditioning, fan and heating are all included.

Annex Studio

Hourly Rental:

  • Annex Studio is approximately 1,500 sq ft floating dance floor.
  • Cost of rental is $50 an hour / Studio is for independent private classes, group rehearsals, chorography and alike.

Studio Amenities:

  • 35 ft high ceiling with skylight windows.
  • Full length mirrors with mounted ballet bars.
  • Surround Sound system that connects CD and IPOD.
  • Upright piano
  • Annex studio is not air condition, but has numerous windows and fans for cool and fresh air.
  • No heating, but portable heaters for cold weather.
  • Restroom with shower and one large dressing room.
  • Aside from the 1,500 sq ft dance floor, studio has a large audience area.
  • Lounge area / kitchen on side that includes refrigerator, microwave, sink, dining tables and plenty of chairs.
  • Internet connection available.

Multipurpose Room

Hourly Rental:

  • 2,500 sq ft floating dance floor, high ceiling with sky windows.
  • Cost $65/hr;  ideal for shows, independent private classes, conferences, workshops, music events.

Studio Amenities:

  • High ceiling, special lighting
  • Large stage
  • Full length mirrors
  • 2 restrooms/2 offices/Internet connection
  • Lots of large windows/natural lights/airy
